Talking Food & Friendship
On Sunday 17 May, our colourful co-founders Paul Lindley & Emmanuel Jal lit up the pages of UK newspaper The Independent. They discussed food, friendship & how a chance meeting in Johannesburg in October 2013 led to the founding of The Key is E, just a few short months later.
Paul & Emmanuel were interviewed separately about the other, but both agreed that they had found a kindred soul in their co-founder, sharing a desire to bring about positive change.
They also talked about the ways they have challenged & learnt from each other, including co-writing a song on Emmanuel's latest album, The Key: 'Every Child's Plate'. All profits from the album go to The Key is E.
