The New Age of Philanthropy
Speaking alongside Richard Branson (Virgin Group), Jacqueline Novogratz (Accumen Fund) & David Bull (Unicef UK), The Key is E founders Emmanuel Jal & Paul Lindley discussed the changing dynamics of giving in a globalised world. Chaired by Lord Hastings (KPMG) they spoke of treating corporate citizenship as a “new license to operate” blending economic & social development, promoting better governance & combining the brain & the heart, especially within the growing market of Africa.
Emmanuel then performed 'We Want Peace Reloaded' fresh from his album 'The Key', from which all proceeds go towards The Key is E. Others speakers in attendance were Hollywood actor Al Pacino & tennis legends Anna Kournikova & Lindsay Davenport.
